About The Position

Join the team at Swapcard fully dedicated to turning exhibitor success into recurring digital revenue for both event organizers and Swapcard. Your role is simple and strategic at the same time: You will drive revenue by engaging exhibitors through outbound calls, understanding their needs, and helping them purchase the right upgrades on the Exhibitor Marketplace — our new self-service platform where exhibitors can buy Lead Capture, Lead Qualification, Packages, Ads, and custom extras. You will become the voice and engine behind this new initiative, transforming exhibitor engagement into measurable ROI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, SDR/BDR, customer success, or inside sales, ideally in B2B SaaS or event tech.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a bonus - French & Spanish).
  • Comfortable and natural on the phone — you enjoy conversations.
  • Persistent, resilient, and optimistic: you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven and structured — you know how to manage pipelines and follow-ups.
  • Curious and adaptable — you learn new tools quickly and suggest improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the events industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Exhibitor Engagement
  • Execute structured outbound calling campaigns to pre-qualified exhibitor lists.
  • Identify needs, explain value, and guide exhibitors toward the right Marketplace purchase.
  • Manage follow-ups until a clear outcome is reached (purchase or decline).
  • Handle basic inquiries by email (documentation, guidance, clarifications).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Share recurring feedback with Product, Marketing, CSM, and Ops to improve scripts, messaging, and Marketplace offering.
  • Help refine our sales playbooks, cadences, and communication templates.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our go-to-market strategy.
  • Revenue & Relationship Management
  • Track and report on conversion rates, objections, and insights from your conversations.
  • Spot cross-sell opportunities and help exhibitors discover features that boost their ROI.
  • Ensure a smooth purchasing experience from first touchpoint to activation.
