About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in achieving revenue growth by handling inbound inquiries, sourcing new opportunities, and collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. This position is hybrid and requires excellent communication, self-management, and organizational skills.

Requirements

Associate's degree or higher, preferably with a STEM focus.
2-4 years prior sales experience in a B2B environment required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as relationship building skills.
Advanced proficiency with CRM software, especially Hubspot, required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Strong customer service ethic and commitment to providing positive customer experiences.
Passion for renewable energy and the solar industry.
Must currently live commutable to our Newtown, PA office, or have concrete plans to relocate within 6 weeks of a job offer.

Nice To Haves

Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Foreign language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries and effectively identify and address customer needs.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and proactive outbound cold calls and emails.
Manage pipeline, sales activities, metrics and performance in CRM database.
Develop relationships with new prospective customers.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to research and develop new prospects and accounts.
Partner with Marketing staff to design and execute client acquisition strategies.
Monitor competitor activity including pricing, products, and promotions.
