About The Position

In this office-based sales role, you’ll manage the full customer journey—from inbound lead to completed project—for roofing, siding, gutters, and related exterior services. This position is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives on responsiveness, organization, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with sales, production, and operations teams to drive revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or project coordination
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Customer-focused with a passion for service and relationship-building

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads quickly, qualify prospects, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend tailored solutions
  • Coordinate contactless or on-site inspections with internal teams
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing, and scopes of work
  • Guide customers through contracts, timelines, and payment processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate key details to production teams and support quality assurance
  • Track sales performance metrics and participate in continuous improvement
  • Follow up post-project to gather feedback, reviews, referrals, and upsell opportunities
  • Manage outside sales schedules and ensure processes align with company standards
