Established in 1994, the company is experiencing growth and is looking to fill an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative role. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to work in MS Office based programs to including email.
  • 3-5 years prior experience in a like or similar sales experienced role.
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to think through problematic situations suggesting viable solutions to customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably 1-2 years’ sales experience - preferred in Fencing, Industrial or Retail but not a must have.

Responsibilities

  • Counsel, arrange and sell all aspects for an installation of PVC, Wood, Chain Link, and Aluminum fencing to all customers during in-store retail locations.
  • Primary focus is meeting the needs of his/her customers through customer satisfaction and care.
  • Be ready and available to help meet the customers fencing needs at all times upon customer arrival/walk-in during store hours.
  • Return calls to customers to ascertain needs and assist customers with their selection of fence and fence materials.
  • Determine proper placement of fence following guidelines of HOA and all city and county ordinances and policies.
  • Review & Assist walk-in customers to create customer proposals/quotes and review with customers the expectations for installation of fence or product.
  • Assist in the collection of payment from client as needed.
  • Collect all pertinent documents from clients related to fence installation.
  • Follow up with client/customers as needed.
  • Use sound professional judgment while representing the Company.
  • Assistance in Monthly, Quarterly Inventory counts as needed.
  • Perform related job duties as needed/assigned.
