Position Overview The Inside Sales Rep is a high-performance sales professional responsible for converting opportunity into revenue. Operating in a metric-driven environment, this role owns proactive follow-up on proposals and closing sales. This position requires strong inbound and outbound sales capability, disciplined CRM execution, confident objection handling, and the ability to optimize quotes to maximize revenue. The Inside Sales Rep partners closely with Design Consultants (DCs) to ensure seamless customer transitions while maintaining clear ownership of assigned opportunities.
