Air Engineers is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in our West Palm Beach, FL Branch.  This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, providing product information, and processing orders. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting outside sales efforts, and engaging in outbound call activity to achieve sales targets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, solving customer problems, and offering product recommendations.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Sales Support: Support outside sales representatives by preparing quotes, following up on leads, and maintaining customer records.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of HVAC products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Engage in outbound phone and email communications to drive profitable sales growth, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
  • Account Growth: Proactively grow revenue within assigned accounts by identifying customer needs, promoting relevant HVAC products and solutions, and building strong relationships.
  • New Account Development: Actively prospect and qualify new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports on sales activities, and update the CRM system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, not required.
  • Minimum Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or HVAC distribution is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of HVAC system and products is an advantage
