The ISR will assist customers in-store, provide product information, offer project advice, generate estimates, and process transactions. The role also includes following up on online quotes, cold calling for new leads, supporting Outside Sales Reps, and assisting with inventory control through cycle counts and resolving discrepancies. Comprehensive training on products, POS systems, and paperwork is provided. Compensation includes a salary plus an uncapped commission structure.
