Inside Sales Representative
About The Position
Sell products and services to new and existing customers via telephone, fax and email. • Enter sales orders and quotes into P21. • Provide pricing and product information as requested. • Provide customer and outside sales representative with price and updated delivery information as required. • Assist walk in customers if needed. • Ensure that catalog data and pricing provided to the customer is current. • Follow through with customer inquiries, complaints and discrepancies and ensure all are handled / corrected in a timely manner. • Follow up on all customer quotes to determine outcome. • Attend department or company-wide meetings as required.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the inside sales - open to industry as long as they can see that they demonstrated good data entry/computer/customer service skills
- Data Entry would be acceptable too, they are willing to train
