Position Objective: Provide customer service and assistance to customers, outside sales, and operations teams. The position will report to the Branch Manager.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook at a basic level.
- Ability to remain at a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Ability to Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Positive attitude.
- Read and write in English.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Safety conscious.
- Attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in agricultural, residential, or industrial pumping is preferred.
- Experience with rotating equipment, liquid pumps, and motors preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, disburse messages, and manage email flow.
- Submit sales orders and production tickets.
- Understand the ERP application at a beginner level.
- Perform customer service functions.
- Enter direct ship orders and Purchase Orders.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
