About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and managing existing customer relationships.  This role combines customer sales, pricing, operations management, and account management to provide tailored transportation solutions.  The position focuses on proactive outbound sales efforts, relationship development, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while producing independent results
  • Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others
  • Highly motivated and ambitious with the ability to perform in a high-energy environment

Nice To Haves

  • Inside sales experience
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or brokerage environments
  • Experience using TMS or CRM systems for sales pipeline management
