Inside Sales Representative
About The Position
Safety Rail Company, a leader in passive fall protection within the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly motivated and career oriented Inside Sales Representative to join its team in Chanhassen, MN. The ideal candidate will be eager to grow with one of the fastest-moving companies in the industry. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position will report to the Director of Inside Sales. This role offers opportunities for career advancement as you contribute to our continued success. Compensation Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000, plus Quarterly Incentives
Requirements
- Prior inside sales and/or outstanding customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport over the phone and virtually
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- Regular in-office attendance required
- Must demonstrate aptitude and desire to sell, gain product knowledge, and understand services and applications
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
- College degree or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- NetSuite and or CRM experience preferred but not required
