About The Position

Liberty Mutual is seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join their Inside Sales Representative team. This role offers a rewarding career in insurance sales with upcoming training cohorts in May and June 2026. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will receive the necessary tools, training, and support from day one, including paid licensing and training opportunities. The position involves handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, and matching them with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. The company is a Fortune 100 organization that provides a dynamic role with no cold calls, focusing on supporting employee success with unlimited earning potential and generous commissions.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License (training will be provided if not currently held)
  • Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11am-8pm CST)
  • Ability to maintain department Work at home (W@H) requirements, including a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk
  • Wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed (satellite and mobile internet services not supported)
  • Applicants for licensed-only candidates must reside in ID, MT, WY, GA, TN, AL, OK, KS
