Requirements

• Electrical, Contractor and/or distribution experience preferred, but not required
• High School diploma or G.E.D.; or 1 - 3 years of related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work in warehouse environment, if needed

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls
• Responsible for complete order management, including expediting and communication with the customer
• Sales order entry and purchasing of customer requirements for specific price lines
• Report lost sales
• Write credits in a timely manner
• Attend product and training sessions
• Organize and maintain product catalog library
• Develop superior product knowledge and assist customers with product application
• Backup for Counter Sales
