About The Position
Palmetto Bath is one of the fastest-growing bath remodelers in the U.S. As the authorized Bath Planet Dealer of the Upstate, we deliver stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance bath remodeling solutions for homeowners and customers with accessibility needs. We were founded to raise the standard of quality in the home improvement industry—and we continue to earn our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, reliability, and customer care. We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our field sales representatives. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and driven to grow with the company. We’re especially looking for someone with leadership and management potential who wants to build a long-term career and help shape our success.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead generation
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Proven ability to manage a high call volume efficiently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from prospective customers
