Position Overview We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, highly organized, and experienced in turning inquiries into booked appointments. If you’re comfortable speaking with homeowners, enjoy solving problems, and have a strong sales background, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience in home services, contracting, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan is required — including scheduling, CRM management, and dispatching workflows.
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of homeowner personalities.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and recommending our services as the ideal solution.
  • Convert incoming leads into booked jobs through effective communication, follow-up, and relationship-building.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information and job details in ServiceTitan .
  • Ensure all appointments, notes, and follow-ups are scheduled without missing any important details.
  • Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and service-related questions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide detailed explanations of our services, pricing, process, and availability to homeowners in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Follow up on open estimates and unsold jobs to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and processes.
