The Role: We’re looking for an energetic and driven Inside Sales Representative / Enrollment Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be the first voice families hear when exploring early education options, guiding them through the enrollment process with care and confidence. As part of a mission driven organization and a parent-facing role, you’ll combine heart with hustle: managing a high volume of inbound leads, scheduling tours, following up with families, and helping ensure each child finds the right fit in our schools. You’ll report to the Director of Sales and collaborate closely with school directors and cross-functional teams. Salary Range $65,000-$70,000 per year dependent on experience and eligibility for bonus potential for a total OTE of up to $110,000. Babilou Family US is a subsidiary of Babilou Family, a global network of 1,200 early education and child care centers operating as Little Sprouts LLC, Building Blocks Early Learning Centers, and Heartworks Early Education. We provide award-winning early education and child care across 41 New England schools. Through the experience and talents of over 1,000 early education professionals and in partnership with nearly 4,500 families, we are on a meaningful journey to create optimal learning spaces where children ages 0-5 can learn, grow, and thrive. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales, inside sales or customer service (phone sales preferred)
  • Proven experience with lead conversion, outreach strategy, and objection handling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of inbound leads and proactively follow up (40–50+ calls/day)
  • Convert inquiries (phone, web, email, walk-in) into scheduled tours and enrollments
  • Guide families through the entire enrollment journey with empathy, speed and confidence
  • Drive outreach strategies and community engagement to generate new leads and referrals
  • Communicate our educational philosophy, program options, and value clearly and enthusiastically
  • Overcome objections with professionalism and persistence
  • Attend occasional in-person events or open houses to promote brand awareness
  • Forecast and hit key account metrics (monthly and quarterly sales projections and goals)
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs
  • Identify areas for improvement and assist with projects to enhance the enrollment process
  • Flexibility to work adjusted hours and occasional weekends to support family inquiries and enrollment events
  • Partner with school directors to manage classroom capacity and forecast enrollment needs
  • Participate in sales campaigns and growth initiatives with a collaborative mindset
  • Suggest process improvements that enhance conversion and customer experience
