Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Reports To: National Sales Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Main Purpose: Generate profitable business from existing companies nationwide, identify growth areas, and manage the sales process for assigned customers. Perform day-to-day sales support and customer service activities in a B2B environment, comfortable with high-level contacts and new clients. This role offers visibility and growth opportunities. Main Tasks: Manage sales processes to maximize results. Perform administrative order processing. Coordinate deliveries and logistics. Maintain customer contact and solve issues. Share sales materials and follow best practices. Evaluate competition and pursue cross-sell/up-sell opportunities. Build account plans and qualify sales potential. Examples of Essential Duties Including the following, other duties may be assigned. Spend a significant percentage of time in discussion with customers/prospects via phone. Expand and create relationships with current and potential clients. Supports Outside Sales Territory Representative

Requirements

  • College degree in Business Management/Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience, call center sales highly desirable.
  • Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
