As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing new leads, developing relationships with barbers, running product demonstrations, negotiating and closing business. Youâll connect with prospects across multiple channels-phone, email, social media, and events - building authentic relationships and positioning our product as a must-have solution for shop owners. Youâll lead product demonstrations, understand customer pain points, and confidently guide prospects from first conversation through contract signature. This role is perfect for someone who brings energy, resilience, and a love of winning - and whoâs excited to sharpen their sales craft in a fast-paced startup environment. This position reports to the Sales Manager and is based in-office in Austin, TX. We are onboarding a new class of Sales Representatives starting March 2, 2026.
