About The Position

Expedite Moving is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is primarily inside sales with occasional outside networking opportunities.

Most leads come directly to us, and your job will be to respond quickly, communicate with customers, and close moving jobs. We are looking for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating through phone, text, email, and social media.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using Facebook, email, texting, and CRM systems

Nice To Haves

• Sales or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads quickly (calls, texts, emails, Facebook messages)
• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into booked moves
• Send estimates and communicate with customers throughout the booking process
• Message potential customers in Facebook groups
• Post in local Facebook groups to generate leads
• Prospect for new business opportunities (LinkedIn, networking, etc.)
• Occasionally meet with realtors or partners to introduce our referral program
• Perform light office tasks when needed (data entry, organizing files, etc.)
