About The Position

Inter Miami CF is seeking hardworking, positive, and passionate individuals who are committed to becoming industry sales leaders. This role is designed for driven professionals eager to build a strong foundation in sports sales while contributing directly to the club’s revenue growth. Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for selling season ticket memberships and group ticket packages, while supporting additional revenue-generating initiatives across the organization. Revenue is generated through outbound and inbound phone calls, email marketing campaigns, face-to-face presentations, and out-of-office appointments. This position offers hands-on experience in full-menu ticket sales, providing the opportunity to develop professionally in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The Sr. Manager of Sales provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentorship to support success and growth within the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Proficient in basic computer software programs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to attend all home games (evenings and weekend hours and possibly holidays).
  • Open to learning and taking constructive criticism.
  • Desire to be a sales industry leader.
  • Ability to present sales material to potential clients with confidence.

  • Applicants must have work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis and must not require work visa sponsorship from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sale of season tickets and group products and other revenue-generating projects for the Club.
  • Expected to prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain computerized records of season ticket members and prospects within ticketing system.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist in service efforts.
  • Set appointments, show seats, give stadium tours, etc.
  • Matchday duties as assigned (visit clients, works sales table, etc.).
  • Attend weekly meetings and role-play sessions conducted by management.
  • Participate in sales driven stadium events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
