Provide clerical and organizational support to the sales department
Compile and track daily sales reports to maximize revenue
Generate and process quotations, customer orders, and maintain pricing tables
Communicate timely updates to customers on shipping dates, delays, and order status
Assist in resolving scheduling, shipping, or invoicing issues to ensure on-time delivery
Interface with customers to provide input, status updates, and present quotations
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold professional standards

Strong organizational and multitasking skills (required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team (required)
1–3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)
