What You Will Be Doing: Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue. Find and recruit new customers and partners to grow the business Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations. Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets. Gain a high-level profile and trust within the partner base. This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow What We Are Looking For: You have experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales. Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitors preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills (hunting and farming) and capacity to upsell & cross-sell. Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners. Self-motivated with a hardworking and constant proactive approach. Due to contractual requirements with the federal government, viable candidates must be US citizens

Requirements
