About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative with Midwest Block & Brick you are responsible for: Building Customer Relationships (by providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers) Promoting Products the Company Offers Assist with Finalizing Sales / Reviewing Inventory Maintaining Accurate Account Information Creating Accurate and Complete Invoices/Sales Orders Working with Outside Sales Representatives Ensuring Customer Satisfaction Maintaining Knowledge of Products and Their Applications Knowing Competitor Products Assisting with Dispatching and Scheduling Deliveries Completing Daily Paperwork

Requirements

  • Maintain Good Salesmanship while Prioritizing Company Confidentiality
  • Have Experience with Microsoft Office Products
  • Have a Sales-Oriented Mentality
