Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent phone interaction skills and active listening.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, superb accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, customer service and sales staff, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders daily.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent keyboard and data entry skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn customer service software.
  • Positive out-going team player!

Responsibilities

  • Make 80 - 100 outbound sales calls per day to prospective customers to sell and schedule services.
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls and emails.
  • Develop rapport over the phone with prospects.
  • Explain service programs and agreements, answer questions.
  • Close new business.
  • Fill out service agreements, obtain proper signatures and receive payment.
  • Use software to schedule service appointments.
  • Use software system to research calls, route calls, and process and successfully resolve customer needs.
  • Perform data entry while on call, i.e. update account information and make call notes.
  • Respond to customer emails.
  • Communicate with Field Technicians and Customer Service Representatives daily.
