About The Position

Looking for an exciting and rewarding sales opportunity? Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative at SnapLock Industries! The Inside Sales Representative will provide detailed quotes and information regarding Snaplock Industry products. This position is a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable receiving inbound and making outbound calls per day. You will work with channel customers, partners, and resellers generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This position will submit daily orders, arrange payments, track order progress and activity to help drive sales.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Direct sales experience
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience working in a CRM
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong math and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • One year proven inside sales experience (a plus)
  • Track record of over-achieving quota

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound sales and technical assistance to residential, professional, and commercial customers. Channels include but are not limited to; modular garage flooring, dance professionals, professional and home studio owners, teachers, architects, and designers to help them select the most appropriate dance flooring systems, outside decking solutions, and indoor flooring options.
  • Recommends product solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Create quotes for all products of Snaplock Industries, including delivery costs and instructions for care and handling.
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature through sales inventory management software.
  • Source new sales opportunities though inbound lead follow-up and outbound calling.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close sales.
  • Daily activity and call reporting.
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM for tracking of all lead and customer interactions, quotes, calls, etc.
  • Build and maintain quote and sales pipeline through frequent lead follow ups
  • Provide coverage for other territories when colleagues are out
