About The Position
Position Summary: The results-driven Inside Sales Representative serves as an essential team player and delivers exceptional customer support. This role is for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready for a career with custom growth paths. Reports directly to the VP of Business Development. Requirements
- Manufacturing Customer Service/Sales Support Experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC, Swiss Machining, EDM, or Metal Stamping.
- Experience in Aerospace, Defense, and Medical Industries.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general data entry accuracy.
- Proficiency in using large language models to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Create quotes, process orders, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Engage with customers daily to provide support and build strong relationships.
- Work directly with production teams to ensure customer needs are met accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate delays with customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Manage customer portals.
- Performs other duties as directed.
