About The Position

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company focused on developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions that span the continuum of care—from hospital to home. We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, driving activity around our digital health platform, Sapphire, and our infusion solutions, including the Pump and Abba Set Pump.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in medical device sales or related medical sales experience.
  • Proficiency in PC-based applications, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Salesforce.com.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Authorization to work in the US on an on-going basis is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Qualify and develop leads, selling capital and accessory products primarily over the phone.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Sapphire products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Collaboration: Partner with field territory managers to identify and nurture leads, supporting ongoing sales efforts.
  • Training Support: Provide necessary training on product safety and efficacy to new customers.
  • Market Awareness: Understand market trends and analyze customer buying patterns to inform sales strategies.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitors’ positions in the marketplace and implement strategies to capture market share.
  • Accountability: Keep track of developmental goals, sales territory objectives, and administrative requirements.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Be well-versed in sales compensation plans, corporate compliance, healthcare regulations, and quality guidelines.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, clinicians, biomed technicians, and decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Sales Tools: Utilize Salesforce.com and other accounting/order entry software, reviewing the sales pipeline bi-weekly.
