  • Enter customer orders and track them from mill order through shipment to the customer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a timely and accurate response
  • Communicate with customers regarding their orders
  • Interact with Outside Sales, Quality Assurance and Purchasing on a routine basis
  • Represent Metals USA in a positive and professional manner
  • Resolve customer service issues as needed by working within the team
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required
  • Quote customers on spot opportunities form time to time
  • Learn the industry trends and understand customer demand / forecast trends
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate sales data to contribute to production service schedule
  • Great attitude willing to learn new skills and technology with a fun team!
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Three (3) or more years of business to business (B2B) Sales
  • Ability to communicate with both internal and external customers verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multi-task with effective results
  • Possess good problem solving, time management and organizational skills
  • Must have a professional demeanor and an ability to communicate effectively
  • Computer Literacy w/ Microsoft Office Products
