About The Position

ClearStar is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business while expanding relationships with existing clients. This role is a key contributor to the Sales Team and serves as a trusted advisor, delivering consultative, value driven solutions aligned with ClearStar’s products and services.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales or related role
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales cycle
  • Proficiency using CRM tools to manage pipeline and sales activity
  • A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.

Nice To Haves

  • Background screening or regulated services experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through assigned leads, outbound prospecting, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions throughout the sales cycle
  • Manage the full sales process, including discovery, presentations, proposals, and deal closure
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals
  • Track pipeline activity and sales performance, reporting progress toward monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and ClearStar’s offerings to identify growth opportunities and communicate value
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and ongoing learning
