Requirements

  • 18- 24 months of experience as an ISR in the SaaS/IT Services sector for mid-market to enterprise sales, or 6-12 months in B2B sales as an individual contributor.
  • Experience with a software vendor in the SaaS or system integrator space is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, discovery, demonstration, and closing.
  • High sales aptitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborative, results-driven, and proven ability to excel in a team environment.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in innovative and emerging technologies.
  • Self-sufficient, adaptable professional, capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding sales presence and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close a pipeline of inbound leads, contributing to the company's growth and success.
  • Manage inbound leads, secure business, and meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Showcase a comprehensive understanding of the Mailchimp product suite, effectively shortening the sales cycle using selected sales methodologies.
  • Act as a product and service advocate, generating interest and awareness of the client's value proposition.
  • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progress.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into paying customers.
  • Provide robust account management to support customers' technology strategies, implementations, and future needs.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and clients to develop strategies and processes that achieve revenue targets.
