Position Overview The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, prospecting and nurturing leads through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence customers effectively.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions while handling objections.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through empathy and active listening.
  • Understanding of product technicalities to convey features and benefits effectively.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and metrics to refine strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B sales or a technology/SaaS environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing business with Banks, Credit Unions, Financial Institutions, Car Dealerships etc.
  • Identify potential customers through research, database management, and inbound lead qualification.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate interest in products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and prospects in CRM systems.
  • Manage a sales pipeline by prioritizing leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition, features, and benefits of the products/services.
  • Prepare and send pricing quotes, proposals, and agreements.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
  • Coordinate with customer success and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and after-sales support.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
  • Provide market feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes.
