Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business preferred)
  • At least 1 year of sales or sales support experience
  • Experience with phone-based or direct-to-consumer sales preferred
  • CRM experience required (PestPac experience a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort working with data, percentages, and basic sales metrics
  • Ability to learn and retain pest control industry knowledge through training
  • Availability to work extended hours and occasional Saturdays as needed

  • Bachelor's degree in business

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close residential recurring services and one-time jobs
  • Respond daily to inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers
  • Make outbound calls to prior customers and new prospects to generate leads
  • Accurately quote services and update all activity in our CRM and PestPac systems
  • Schedule technicians for sold services and complete follow-up calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to homeowners
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Accounting, and field teams
  • Support special initiatives such as promotions and marketing events
  • Participate in technician ride-alongs as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, high-morale team environment
