Our Inside Sales Representatives engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting. Our sales teams focus on creating new business, and your goal will be to position and sell a portfolio of solutions, including Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, Training Resources, Consulting, Outsourced Services, and SaaS Safety Management Tools. Different Types of Selling Roles within J. J. Keller Structured Selling: Operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where you'll make a high volume of outbound calls, following a structured call guide, while aiming for a one-call close, and winning every day. Marketing Driven Leads: Make outbound prospecting calls into leads provided by marketing, primarily focusing on the SMB (small and mid-sized business) market. Engage in discovery conversations with customers to uncover and develop opportunities to sell and deliver new products and solutions. Dedicated Account List: Work with a dedicated list of accounts, both active and non-active, ranging from SMB to Enterprise. Develop a prospecting call strategy to find and uncover new business opportunities, while generating your own leads within the list of accounts to drive new sales and revenue.
