Position Type: Exempt Location: San Bernardino Country and Riverside - California Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of parts and/or service experience in the heavy equipment industryBilingual – English and Spanish Responsibilities The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the industry This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing product information, and closing sales Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing Prepare and process sales orders accurately and efficiently Follow up on quotes and leads to convert them into sales Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of equipment Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems Provide regular sales updates to management Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends JCB is an equal employment opportunities (EEO) employer in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. Requirements
