About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to help us expand our Acne Expert network. The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving new business by identifying, engaging, and onboarding licensed skincare professionals into our Acne Expert Program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and is passionate about skincare, education, and building long-term customer relationships. Please note that this is a hybrid position working out of our corporate office in Danville CA every Tuesday - Thursday and working remotely Mondays and Fridays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in skincare, aesthetics, or wellness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, customer-first approach
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and virtual sales tools (Zoom, Calendly, ZoHo, etc.)
  • Passion for skincare and a genuine interest in helping professionals grow their businesses
  • Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
  • Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment and materials
  • Comfortable using a computer, keyboard, and mouse

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Conduct virtual meetings and product demos to educate potential Acne Experts on the Face Reality Clear Skin Method
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective accounts, moving them through the sales funnel to conversion
  • Collaborate with the Education and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM (ZoHo)
  • Track and report on KPIs related to lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
