About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing inbound sales opportunities and providing customer support using Salesforce and Radwell sales systems. This role focuses on responding to customer inquiries, managing sales leads originating primarily from inbound calls, and converting opportunities into revenue‑generating orders. Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Manage sales opportunities across all product lines and convert leads into billable sales
  • Source products from manufacturers not currently supplied by Radwell
  • Negotiate purchase pricing with new or non‑standard manufacturers
  • Check inventory availability and fulfill orders from stock when possible
  • Communicate with customers in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction as measured by surveys and feedback
  • Enter quotes and sales orders accurately into sales order processing systems
  • Confirm orders with customers and perform follow‑up and order clean‑up as needed
  • Meet or exceed daily expectations for quotes and sales activity
  • Build new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer records
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer commitments
  • Perform product and price maintenance in PriceTool and other systems
  • Build new part numbers and maintain product sourcing databases
  • Assist with system cleanup and database maintenance
  • Proactively develop new business through outbound customer calls
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
