Join Vibrint, where your career is a priority, and your future is our shared goal. ______________________________________________________________________ We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Vibrint National Security Inside Sales Team focused on Intelligence Community customers. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing new Vibrint sales over the phone and via email. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with preparing and coordinating RFQ responses and demonstrate bias for action in getting all work accomplished in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. This will be a fast-paced and challenging environment, and an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking to quickly progress to different sales roles within our company. US citizenship is required. The position is in Annapolis Junction, MD with some remote work.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Some experience with sales tracking systems/CRM software such as: Salesforce, Contrager, etc.
  • Able to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience in Inside Sales or tele-sales.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Be customer focused and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on all support activities related to generating and winning opportunities.
  • Support AM to respond to RFQ's, obtain quotes from appropriate vendor or distributor, maintain and updates quotes, and opportunity registrations.
  • Maintain defined process documents, catalogs, and CRM systems.
  • Conduct forecast tracking using sales tool such as Salesforce, Contraqer, etc.; create ordering documents and review for accuracy based upon client requests; and analyze solution requirements.
