Come grow with us! ---------------------------------------- THE OPPORTUNITY As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities within hospitals and surgery centers. You will represent a portfolio of the highest-quality, most rigorously tested products in the industry. You will also help drive growth of our expanded pain services portfolio, a differentiator that not only helps open doors but also plays a meaningful role in addressing the opioid crisis. Your work will make an impact on patients, caregivers, and the broader healthcare community. The Internal Sales Representative (ISR) plays a pivotal role in driving new business growth within an assigned territory. This position requires a “hunter” mentality with strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills. The ISR identifies and develops new business opportunities through proactive outreach, manages a robust sales pipeline, and advances prospects through the full sales cycle. This individual is responsible for onboarding new customers, ensuring positive customer experience, and collaborating closely with the ISR Supervisor to align sales targets and territory growth strategies. Requirements

  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably within the hospital, medical, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and maintain an organized workflow.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales growth targets.
  • Thrives in a positive, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong business acumen.
  • Independent worker, self-starter who maintains an organized workstation.
  • Proficient and accurate data entry skills in a high-volume environment; capable of handling pricing calculations.
  • Resilient, positive attitude with adaptability in a rapidly growing business.
  • Ability to learn new computer systems and technology as needed.
  • Proficient written, verbal, and oral English communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of 503B regulatory requirements, cGMP, and USP guidelines (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility is to prospect, hunt, develop, and close new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communication.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions with key purchasing agents; understand their needs and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed revenue goals.
  • Continuously grow a qualified sales funnel and opportunity pipeline to support monthly revenue expectations.
  • Research and identify potential new accounts to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Timely and accurately input sales opportunities and customer interactions within CRM in accordance with sales process protocols, including end-of-month requirements.
  • Document conversations, key influencers, and buyer insights within CRM.
  • Successfully onboard new customers, including completing required workbooks and ensuring a seamless transition to Leiters Health.
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of the 503B market, including competitors, GPO contracts, pricing structures, and internal contracting mechanisms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand product availability, potential issues, and provide timely communication to customers.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in situations where policies or processes may not provide explicit guidance.
  • Initiate and track customer commitment compliance to ensure consistent product supply and predictable revenue.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key contacts to expand product portfolio and identify future sales opportunities.
  • Consistently complete proactive outreach and follow-up with customers to educate, develop relationships, explore potential pain points for improvement and ensure needs are met.
  • Manage customer complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Utilize internal SOPs, processes, forms, and quality control measures as required.
  • Compile data and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and related documentation as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
