About The Position

Purpose: The Inside Sales Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team to ensure successful enrollment is being completed as well as supporting Inside Sales activities. Essential Job Functions: Managing mailing for enrollment, including introduction letters, reminder postcards, application packets and posters for facilities. Proofreading all correspondence and making adjustments when necessary. Enters all financial classifications as it relates to sales. Sales support. Oversee facility records reviewing process during churn. Prepare daily facility lists for Reviewers to complete. Supervise and assist Facility Records Reviewers as needed. Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy. Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times. Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, college degree or experience preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task
  • Must have a sense of urgency and be dedicated to excellent customer service
  • Previous administrative/clerical work required.
  • We will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Any offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience helpful.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
