About The Position
Capitol Wholesale Fence Company, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of quality fence materials, selling directly to contractors and the public. Capitol Wholesale Fence Company, Inc., is a full-line, wholesale fence distributor. Not only do we manufacture our own brand of Atlantic aluminum, but we also fabricate both vinyl and aluminum products on-site. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’re a business partner to your assigned customers, always looking for ways to provide outstanding service to grow their business. • You have a day-to-day relationship with your assigned customers, so you listen, ask questions, and uncover the pain points that lead to more sales. • You identify, qualify, and close prospects that fit FSG’s ideal customer profile. You solve problems and provide relevant information, quote projects, and introduce new products. • You provide world-class customer service, ensuring that every order is entered, picked, loaded, and delivered quickly and accurately.
Requirements
- One to three years’ experience in inside sales, sales, or customer service
- A high school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to manage sales pipelines, track orders, and maintain customer data efficiently.
- Understanding of construction, building materials, or fencing products to better support customer needs and provide informed product recommendations.
