Your job is to take that initial conversation, build trust quickly, and guide them toward a solution. This is 100% inbound sales —no cold calling, no chasing. You’re stepping into conversations that are already happening and turning them into results. Requirements
- Sales mindset and confident on the phone
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based pay
- Strong communication skills and willingness to be coached
- Able to handle a fast-paced, high-energy sales floor
