About The Position

Are you ready to grow your career as an Inside Sales Representative with EST? In this role, you’ll support profitable sales growth by working with existing customers and assisting outside sales with new business development. You’ll anticipate customer needs, deliver exceptional service, and represent EST with professionalism and integrity. Drawing on your understanding of EST’s products, services, and values, you’ll ensure the voice of the customer is always prioritized. Requirements

  • Minimum 1–4 years successful sales and customer support experience, preferably in industrial or government sales applications.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of degree, five or more years of related experience/training, or equivalent combination.
  • Prior experience with government contracts strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge/background in mechanical, plumbing, electrical equipment, and electronic systems a plus.
  • Strong computer skills including 3+ years’ experience with MS Office (Excel & Outlook); CRM experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
  • Source products, prepare quotes, and support closing sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
  • Research and price new products; identify and negotiate with vendors.
  • Manage CRM records, orders, and delivery instructions.
  • Track activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM; schedule follow-ups.
  • Support outside sales reps with deal strategies and sales cycle activities.
  • Develop new prospects and secure opportunities to promote EST products and services.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events (in-person and online).
  • Submit required reports and maintain company property responsibly.
