Requirements

Experience in sales, customer service, or an inside sales role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A proactive mindset with a focus on solving problems and delivering results
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing or industrial products is a plus

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—responding quickly and professionally to inquiries
Process and manage orders with accuracy, partnering with production and shipping teams
Support outside sales by following up on leads and strengthening customer relationships
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and proactive service
Resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, positive experience
Maintain accurate customer data and activity in our CRM system
