About The Position

STS Metals is a unified organization composed of five businesses working together to deliver high-quality titanium, stainless and alloy steel and nickel products. We proudly serve the aerospace, medical, industrial, and space industries with a commitment to innovation, manufacturing excellence, and superior customer service. This position is classified as regular, full-time. This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work. This position is responsible for resolving customer inquiries and questions and offering solutions to drive Company revenue. Job duties and responsibilities are below and include but are not limited to working collectively with Sales & Marketing

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years’ work experience in Sales, Customer Service or other related fields
  • Must be able proficient in reading and understanding instructions in English.
  • Must have the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Must have strong negotiating skills.
  • Must be proficient with CRM platforms
  • Must be deadline and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to communicate, verbally and written, with managers and coworkers.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers.
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
  • Create sales material to present to customers.
  • Maintain quality practices and safety standards.
