Hybrid Schedule available Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance No premium cost medical plan option available Paid training programs Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement Safety-focused culture What you'll do: You will be based out of New Iberia Service Center Convert transactional incoming calls generated by marketing campaigns or website traffic into sales Successfully manage all assigned inbound leads and convert them into sales Initiate the qualification of potential customers and collaborate with the designated Sector Sales Representatives Create and maintain relationships at key levels with other Inside and Field Sales representatives Have a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors Focus on speed of resolution of customers’ needs as opposed to relationship building

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e.: Salesforce)
  • Acute attention to details and data driven problem solver
  • Excellent ability to learn new concepts and a dynamic personality
  • Proficient with Microsoft products and excellent communicator

Responsibilities

  • Convert transactional incoming calls generated by marketing campaigns or website traffic into sales
  • Successfully manage all assigned inbound leads and convert them into sales
