About The Position

We are partnering with a well-established organization seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its growing team. Specializing in Hydronic HVAC Equipment for commercial and industrial facilities, this company has been a trusted local and international sales representative since 1981, partnering with some of the largest HVAC manufacturers in the industry. Customers include end users, engineers, wholesalers, and contractors across Florida and the Caribbean. With over 200 years of combined industry experience, the team is dedicated to providing superior service, engineering expertise, and high-quality, reliable products to its customers. This role is ideal for a customer-focused and technically inclined sales professional. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with customers, provide product solutions, and support the outside sales team to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or HVAC-related roles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound sales inquiries and proactively follow up with potential customers.
Provide product recommendations, pricing, and technical information.
Troubleshoot HVAC system-related customer inquiries over the phone.
Manage order entry and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships, supporting repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer service.
