Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 0-2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in foodservice, manufacturing, or B2B environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of edible oils or food ingredients is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or website inquires Provide product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing three tier bulk customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and lead follow-up. Work with sales operations/marketing personnel to source leads.
  • Collaborate with the Bulk Division Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders using HubSpot CRM software.
  • Provide pricing, availability, and technical product information to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency refer to customer service department when necessary.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and Catania’s product portfolio
  • Support logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of bulk orders
