Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative drives revenue by managing inbound and outbound customer engagement, supporting field/region sellers, and progressing rental and lease opportunities from initial inquiry through close. Responsibilities include quoting, pipeline management, account expansion, onboarding assistance, and customer retention all supported by accurate, real-time data in Salesforce. This position collaborates regularly with Account Services/Support, Credit, Maintenance, Branch Operations, and Finance/AR to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure timely, accurate execution.
