Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related revenue‑generating role.
  • Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to handle objections and guide customers toward informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM or field‑service management tools (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow structured processes, and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home services, trades, or field‑service environments.
  • Familiarity with financing options and how to present them to customers.
  • Prior experience working with automated outreach tools (e.g., Hatch).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales or revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all unsold estimates through timely, phone‑first outreach supported by Hatch to re-engage customers and revive stalled opportunities.
  • Re-engage customers with confidence, address objections, and present clear options — including financing — to help them move forward.
  • Convert estimates in ServiceTitan, book jobs, collect deposits, and ensure every customer interaction is accurately documented.
  • Coordinate smooth handoffs with field teams while adhering to standardized Inside Sales processes and Midwest operating principles.
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals, outreach activity expectations, and Inside Sales performance metrics through consistent, high‑quality follow-up.
  • Act with integrity by providing honest guidance, respectful communication, and decisions that build trust and long-term customer relationships.
