Requirements

  • Sales mindset and confident on the phone
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based pay
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to be coached
  • Able to handle a fast-paced, high-energy sales floor

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief
  • Ask the right questions and take control of the conversation
  • Build rapport quickly and position solutions with confidence
  • Close deals and help clients move forward
